If I would to say that Saeco or Mr coffee is the best coffee machine, you would not immediately accept this fact right? Firstly, you would be asking based on what facts, then you would also want to know how many people agree with this finding.
I guess this is the usual fallacy when it comes to best coffee makers, consumers such as yourself need to know the numbers to back the best coffee machine, then you also love to follow the herd mentality.
So, if there is a machine with beautiful numbers showing that they are exceptional performers when compared to the benchmark and then many people agree with this fact, would that make it the best coffee machine?
Personally, I can tell you unless you are very blessed to have one that fits into your lifestyle, if not chances are this machine would not be suitable for you as well.
You would agree with me that different people drink coffee differently, each with their own coffee profile, so how can people with different drinking profile be enjoying the use of the same coffee brewer?
If you want to know how to go about looking for the machine that is suitable for you. I have written about the 4 variables in my other articles. The first two variables, you need to know your own budget and also capability.
No point looking at machine that you cannot afford. Similarly, getting a machine that is a chore to use does not really add value to your life, don't you think so?
Then, you would also want to make sure that the machine you are getting can fit into your kitchen area, the greatest machine if it is a eye sore in your house, brings no joy to its owner.
Lastly, because quality check is so important these days, I would suggest that you get a coffee maker for a reputable company rather than the cheapest brand available. Health is wealth, no point saving those few bucks and getting problems when the quality of the brewer leads to some health problems.
You can see from this article that there is no such thing as "this is the best coffee machine". Different machine appeals to different individuals. There are so many sayings and if I would to use one that best describe this situation, it would be "one man food is another man poison".
The most important thing is to identify the element that is important to you and look for a brewer that can value add in this area. Regardless how other gurus or consumers rate it, if that machine adds value to you, it is your best coffee machine, don抰 you agree?
